Anne
L. Coulombe, Principal of SciPlan Systems Inc., is available for public speaking
engagements in both English and French. Topics of interest include current technology,
technology as a tool for success, changes in technology as they affect communication, and
societal and ethical implications of the wired world.
Ms Coulombe has spoken to audiences ranging
from intimate board meetings to 600 people at a conference, live evening news broadcasts,
live and pre-taped radio broadcasts with an audience of over 400,000 and videotaped
television broadcasts. Ms Coulombe has spoken to technical audiences and at marketing
meetings in Canada, United States, France, Germany and Belgium. Venues have included
COMDEX/PacRim, Microsoft's TechEd and European Reseller Channel Training, Vancouver's
post-APEC conference, National Research Council's Business Forum on Information and
Telecommunications Technologies, and industry associations. From time to time, you may
also find her on stage in community theatre venues.
Ms Coulombe was the first francophone to
become a Certified Toastmaster in British Columbia, and won the Canada Day Competition for
B.C. the same year.
